The Wedgewood Lodge Team

Spring in Breckenridge CO

General Manager – Andee Skinner

Andee Sugaree

I came to Breckenridge in 1998 in search of a small town to call home after a life lived bouncing around the globe as a Navy brat. Following nearly ten years working for a locally owned Summit County title company and serving on my homeowners’ association board, I took a job in town managing HOAs for a large property management company. After being on that team for seven years, I was very pleased to join the Wedgewood Lodge family in March, 2015.

Although I learned to bi-ski with the BOEC, I take it more slowly on snowshoes these days. I live for live music and look forward to once again traveling as much as possible to see the bands I love!

Guest Services Manager – Brad Ragan

Guest Services Manager, Breckenridge hotel

Hailing from the great state of Minnesota (dontcha know), I have tried to move away from Breckenridge multiple times, but have always been drawn back! First taking a semester off from Iowa State University, I moved out to Breckenridge “just for one season.” After graduating, I did everything I could to get back as soon as possible. My wife, kids, dog, cat and  goldfish love Colorado, but we do our best to travel as much as possible. We have made it to 15 different countries in the last eight years, bringing my total to 21. As Susan Sontag said, “I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list.” We also love to travel around Colorado and the country to see live music, with Phish being our favorite band. When in Summit County, I love to take advantage of our great local golf courses and spend every day I can playing before the snow flies once again! When it does, you’ll find me at the top of 6 chair with my snowboard strapped on ready to go.

Maintenance Technician – Cole Peterson

Cole moved to Colorado from his home in Wisconsin. After a year of building and maintaining the ice castles in Dillon, he came to work with us here at the Wedgewood Lodge.

Cole spends his free time hiking, camping and enjoying live music.

Housekeeping Supervisor – Kait Bushman

Formerly from the land of “cheese and crackers, beer and Packers” oh, and *15,074* lakes 😉 …I traded in my Cheesehead for hiking boots a little over a decade ago (but held on to that charming midwest accent).

Although the chances of finding this girl on a chairlift these days are slim, I still spend a good chunk of my days outside enjoying the endless list of other activities Colorado has to offer.

When I’m not at work you’ll usually find me practicing archery, camping, being an amateur gold miner with my other half, and of course, hiking around with my two favorite four-legged rescues, Mongo and his new brother Sid (pictured here), both of which are partial blue heelers, but total goofs.

I admit that after living in Summit County for almost a decade, though, I was starting to feel the need for change. So…I moved 30 minutes away. Couldn’t go too far!

Brandon Primus, Jack-of-all-Trades

Depending on the season or the day, you might find Brandon working as part of the Maintenance or the Housekeeping team. Brandon is darn-near a Colorado native and has worked at the Wedgewood Lodge since (what seems like) the dawn of recorded history!

He enjoys the outdoors, especially gardening, as well as spending time with his family. Brandon is also a talented baker.

Maintenance Consultant – Jeff RichardsonJeff Richardson, Maintenance Manager

Jeff joined the team at the Wedgewood Lodge in July of 2015 and moved to a contractor role in 2018. He’s originally from St. Louis and has been in the High Country for nearly twenty years. He enjoys skiing and being in the outdoors and is grateful to live in such a beautiful place.
